Terms and Conditions
Wyndham Worldwide guarantees that Wyndham-branded Web sites will have the lowest rates for any Wyndham-branded hotels at the time of booking. This Guarantee applies to Internet reservations for guest rooms at Wyndham-branded hotels in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Mexico. Wyndham-branded Web sites include: www.wyndham.com

For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions and be submitted to Wyndham Customer Service in compliance with the following procedures.

  • If you make a reservation on a Wyndham-branded Web site, and then find a lower Comparable Rate available on the Internet, Wyndham will honor the lower Comparable Rate if:
    • You notify Wyndham within 24 hours after making a reservation.
    • The reservation was not booked within 72 hours of arrival.
  • The term Comparable Rate shall mean the total room cost for the same hotel and same number of accommodations, for the same room type and bed type.
  • The Guarantee applies to a lower Comparable Rate with booking rules that are similar to the booking rules of the rate booked on a Wyndham-branded Web site. Booking rules include but are not limited to advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements and cancellation and change policies. If Wyndham does not have a published Internet rate available that is similar with respect to the applicable booking rules, Wyndham, in its sole discretion, will honor the lower Internet rate with its applicable booking rules.
  • For a one-night stay, the guarantee will compare the total room cost as booked at Wyndham.com with the total room cost of the lower comparable rate with its applicable booking rules.
  • In the event of a multiple night stay, the guarantee will compare the total room cost of the entire stay as booked at Wyndham.com with the total room cost of the entire stay found at a lower Internet rate with similar booking rules.
  • Only one free room night will be offered per stay. A stay is any number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, even if the result of more than one reservation.
  • The guarantee does not apply to unpublished Internet rates, or Internet rates not available to the general public. Unpublished Internet rates include, but are not limited to, private rates, packaged rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
  • The guarantee does not apply to any Internet rates from opaque providers including, but not limited to, Priceline.com ("name your own price" rates only) or Hotwire.com. Such providers are any entity or service that sells or otherwise makes available, directly or indirectly, information relating to available hotel rooms in a manner that prevents the buyer from determining the name of the property on which the available hotel room is located and the identity, brand or flag affiliation of the hotel.
  • The guarantee is subject to taxes, gratuities, or any additional resort or guest charges or fees that may apply at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

How to Submit a Claim (See Terms & Conditions)
Before submitting a claim, please ensure that your claim meets the following requirements.
  1. You booked your original Internet reservation for a Wyndham property in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, or Mexico on one of the following Wyndham-branded Web sites:

  2. It has not been more than 24 hours since you booked your original Internet reservation.
  3. The Internet rate must be available to the general public and may not be an unpublished rate.
  4. The Internet rate must be confirmed as available. One way to confirm availability is to provide a screenshot of the Web site with the lower Internet rate that proves availability.
  5. Internet rates that are "available upon request" must be confirmed for availability through a call to the Internet rate provider. Wyndham will confirm the availability of the Internet rate with its property before honoring a claim, and Wyndham will not honor claims on Internet rates that are not available at that time.
  6. Your original Internet reservation was not booked within 72 hours of arrival. Because Wyndham must check the availability of the Internet rate before honoring a claim, we cannot guarantee reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival.

If you meet the above requirements, please complete the online Guarantee Claim Form below. You will hear back from a Wyndham Customer Service Representative, via e-mail or phone, within 48 hours of submitting your claim.
